Working with architects is our niche. Whether it’s photography or film, buildings or people, we focus on realising a shared vision.

Our collaboration with Phillips Smith Conwell to create a new set of staff portraits was thorough and meticulously planned. After months of careful preparation, we developed a concept that aligned with their new brand strategy. Our goal was to produce visuals that were striking and unmistakably architectural while also capturing the unique personalities within the practice.

For this photoshoot, we took a fun and creative approach. We turned an ordinary concrete carpark into a studio space for two days, allowing us to play with light and shadow. Each staff member had two photos taken: a traditional portrait and a casual full-body shot to showcase unique aspects of their personality and style.

We encouraged everyone to express themselves by wearing a favourite shirt or dress and bringing along props or personal items, such as sporting gear, hobbies, or even a pet.
